What do I do if my order arrived incomplete?
If your order arrived incomplete, please contact the customer service team at MamaTag to send you the unsent items with your order, as soon as they become available with us.

What do I do if I received damaged item in my order?
At MamaTag, we make sure that each item is check for quality before being sent to our dear customers. But, in the case of receiving a factory defected item or due to any unfortunate accident with your order, please contact the customer service team at Mamatag to exchange the damaged item as soon as possible.

What if my order has missing items?
If your order has a missing item or more, please contact the customer service team at Mamatag to rectify this unfortunate mistake and send you the missing item as soon as possible.

What if I wanted an item but it was out of stock?
If you would like to have an item that is out of stock in our online store, please contact the customer service team at MamaTag to give you more information on the ability of having the item back in stock in the future.

Can I exchange items from my order with other items?
Yes, you can exchange an item with other model or exchange it with other size from the same model if available. The returned items must be in their original condition, unopened, unused or undamaged, otherwise, we apologize for not accepting the exchange of the items. For exchanging items please fill in the “Returned Items Form” available at our website.

Can I change my order?
Yes sure! Please contact the customer service team at MamaTag and they will change your order immediately if it was not yet shipped to you. If your order was shipped, please send us back the items you would like to change along with the “Returned Items Form” available at our online website, and we’ll send you the new items. Please note that some items are not eligible for return. The returned items must be in their original condition, unopened, unused or undamaged, otherwise, we apologize for not accepting the exchange of the items.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can. Please contact the customer service team at MamaTag to help you with cancelling your order. If your order was not yet shipped to you, our customer service team can cancel it immediately. If your order was shipped to you, please fill in the “Returned Items Form” available at our online website and send us back the items. Your account will be refunded within 14 working days. Please note that the returned items must be in their original condition, unopened, unused or undamaged, otherwise, we apologize for not accepting the exchange of the items. For the time being, returned items are only accepted in Saudi Arabia.

What does the order status below means?

  • Processing means your order has been confirmed and is now being prepared.
  • Shipped means your order has now left MamaTag Warehouse, you will receive an email confirming dispatch.
  • Delivered means your order has been delivered to the given shipping address.
  • Cancelled means your order has been cancelled either by you or us.


Can I track my order?
Yes. You can track your order by using the tracking number which you will receive in the order confirmation letter sent to your email address. Or you can simply call the customer service team at MamaTag to update you with the status of your order.

Can I view my previous orders from Mamatag?
Yes, you can view your orders’ history by clicking on (My orders) in your Mamatag account.

When will I receive my order?
You will receive your order within 3-4 days in Saudi Arabia. 5-10 days in GCC. 12 days or more around the world.

Can I edit my personal information, email address, shipping address or my password on MamaTag?
Yes, you can edit your personal information by logging into your MamaTag account. After editing your information don’t forget to click on the (Save) button.

How can I pay for my shopping in MamaTag?
Mamatag is a unique and totally safe online shopping experience. When you shop at MamaTag, you can pay using your credit card like Visa or Mastercard, or you can choose the cash on delivery option with an extra charge of 25 Saudi riyals. The option is only available in Saudi Arabia for the time being.
